My Closet Decluttering Journey – Day 2

Image of a photo collage showing jeans, pants, purse, and some boots

In the Day 1 blog post, I mentioned moving all the tops, blouses, and some blazers from the left side of the third shelf to the right. Today, my focus will be on organizing the pants, jeans, and skirts on the left side of the third shelf. Since I previously put them all together, it’s now time to give these items a more organized structure.

Pants:

I organized the pants into two main categories: casual wear and office wear, making it easier to access each pair based on its intended use.”

Jeans:

For the jeans, I decided to sort them by style to make it easier to find the pair that fits my mood and activity. I created separate sections such as straight-leg, skinny, bootcut, and wide-leg, helping to keep the jeans well-organized.

Skirts:

The skirts were grouped by length—mid-length and long—allowing me to quickly spot the right one depending on the occasion or season.
